Job Description

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. We are looking for an experienced HRBP with a strategic mindset that can align our business objectives with our people strategy. A change agent and people champion for the employees and management.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning

    Strategic planning around recruitment, company values promotion and preparing our current employees for the future by focusing on reskilling and upskilling.

Coaching and Consulting

    Conduct regular meetings with our business leaders and provide advice and coaching.
    KPI management

Employee Engagement and Retention

    Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
    Work closely with management to implement strategies for employee engagement and retention

Onboarding

    Improve our current Onboarding program ensuring a smoother transition into their role by setting up necessary tools and providing relevant information.


Qualifications
​

    Bachelor's degree
    Proven work experience as an HR Business Partner
    Strong communication skills
    Excellent people management skills and ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
    UAE experience: 2 years
    Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
