Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to join our team in the UAE. The HR Administrator will support various human resources functions, including onboarding, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience of working within a HR environment. An understanding of HR best practices and UAE labour laws would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

    Assist in drafting job descriptions.
    Recruitment administration ie offer letters.
    Conduct reference checks and prepare employment contracts.
    Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed and ensure all other teams prepare their requirements in a timely manner.


Employee Relations:

    Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
    Support in resolving employee issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
    Assist in organizing and conducting employee engagement activities.
    Support line managers in disciplinary actions.


HR Administration:

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS.
    Prepare and manage HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides.
    Processing of UAE visa and health insurance.
    Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
    Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.


Training and Development:

    Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
    Track and record training activities and employee participation.


Performance Management:

    Support the performance appraisal process, including scheduling and tracking reviews.
    Assist in setting up and maintaining performance management systems.
    Compile reports and analytics on performance metrics.


HR Projects and Initiatives:

    Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and employee experience.
    Support the HR team in implementing new HR policies and procedures.


Qualifications:

Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration would be an advantage.

Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a HR environment in the UAE.

Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations would be an advantage.

Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience with HRIS systems would be an advantage.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
