Position Summary

Main Role & Main Target:
- Manages, directs the sales, marketing, service operation of Samsung Healthcare
      Saudi Arabia country business groups and the support team
 - Strengthening market position; generating business results in terms of sales, profit, budget, and market share; identifying business cases; gain maximum profitable sales and market share in Saudi Arabia.

Role and Responsibilities

Job Experience & Key Responsibilities:

- Managing, planning and controlling all the sales, marketing and service activities in Saudi Arabia.

- Fulfilment of targets (sales, profit, budget, market share)

- Weekly basis business opportunity management and premium products expansion thru the distributors.

- Identifies and builds strong and lasting business relationships with all key decision makers, society board members, key opinion leaders and key referrals in all accounts.

- Establishing relationships with decision-makers (department heads and medical technicians) in public and private sector hospitals by division (radiology, cardiology, obstetrics and gynecology, etc.) to secure pre-purchase demand.

- Channel Management: Directly managing Distributors to develop a business plan and strategy that creates new business Opportunities.

- Integrated and close management of market demand and opportunity factors

for partners (ultrasound and X-ray), currently separated by model.

- Developing a country/area business plan in line with corporate guidelines and

objectives that maximizes potential and opportunity, for the current year and

the foreseeable future

- Continuous monitoring of the competition, trends and market landscape and

developing strategies to improve sales and increase market share.

Skills and Qualifications

Requirements

- Educational Background  

Successfully completed study in marketing or business or biomedical engineering.

Professional Background

- Minimum 15 years of sales & marketing experience in the area of ultrasound or medical imaging, of which a minimum of three years in management role, creating growth and leading complex, multi-channel teams and holding a substantial turnover responsibility

- Medical capital equipment sales experience or work experience

in the Healthcare field

- Skills include the ability to understand medical equipment such as Diagnostic X-ray, ultrasound

- Expert in the obstetrics / gynecology and / or radiology market.

- Experiences to work/manage in multidisciplinary teams. Leading the different team and ensuring team performance by encouragement, leadership and direction.
