Job Description

Our client is a fast-growing marketing consulting firm that specializes in providing innovative and strategic solutions to clients across various industries. As part of their expansion, they seek a highly motivated and experienced professional to join their team as the Head of Operations in Saudi Arabia (Marketing/PR/Communication Consulting firm).

The Head of Operations will be pivotal in setting up and managing operations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Marketing/PR/Communication consulting sector and a deep understanding of the local market. This role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership skills, excellent connections within the Kingdom, and the ability to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

    Establish and manage the firm's operations in Saudi Arabia.
    Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government entities.
    Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in service delivery.
    Lead and manage a team, providing guidance and support to achieve high performance.
    Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
    Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

 


Requirements

To be successful in this job opportunity, you must meet the following requirements:

    Proven experience in a senior operational role within the Marketing/PR/Communication consulting industry.
    Minimum of 2 years of experience working in Saudi Arabia, with a strong network of contacts in the region.
    Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams.
    Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
    Willingness to be based in Saudi Arabia and travel as required.
