Job Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to Group Compliance , offering effective legal support on compliance matters, and supporting corporate governance practices and services. You will proactively address regulatory changes in the banking industry, both locally and internationally. Additionally, your responsibilities will include supporting the implementation of projects, applying corporate governance principles, and promoting a high level of compliance culture awareness throughout the organization. This involves developing and implementing compliance policies, conducting risk assessments, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, and drafting relevant legal documents. You will stay updated on regulatory changes, assess their impact, and advise on necessary adaptations. Promoting and maintaining a compliance culture will involve organizing training and awareness programs, fostering ethical behavior, and ensuring compliance integration into project planning and execution. Strong knowledge of compliance, legal, and regulatory requirements in the banking industry, along with excellent corporate governance understanding, project management skills, and proactive communication, are essential.
Job requirements:
Full Arabic Proficiency is a must for this role.
6 years corporate governance experience within financial services.
10 years total experience.
Bachelors Degree
