Front Office Manager role

• Support the Director of Operations in the smooth running of the department
• Coaching, training, and developing the team with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences and high levels of engagement across the team
• Collaborate with other departments, including housekeeping and engineering, to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Monitor the financial performance of the department and identify new ways of maximizing revenue
• Recruit new members of the team, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates to join the department
• Support with administrative duties such as preparing the rota and submitting payroll information

Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum 2 years experience as Front Office Manager
• Previous experience in hotel front office management within the luxury segment is essential.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills are required.
