Job Summary

Packaging Material Business control team is looking for a Factory Controller to be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As part of Packaging Material business control team and Jeddah factory management team, you will be responsible to drive performance, ensure compliance to company policies & procedures & plan, monitor & deliver on the financial targets of the factory and PM Supply. This position will report to the Business Control Manager. Tetra Pak is not in a position to sponsor work visas/reallocation for this specific position.
What you will do

1. Factory Performance:

• Oversee overall factory performance (KPI) and support  the cluster controller with implementation of new  indicators

• Analyse supply chain KPIs  (incl. expenses and  depreciation), for actual and budget

• Analyse factory waste (incl. waste sales trend)

• Audit (printing, laminating and slitting) and simulate complexity/capacity

2. Product Costing

• Calculate product costing for actual, budget and support for forecast

• Support market product cost variance analysis, simulate/deepdive for new and existing QS

• Analyse and monitor raw material price trends

3. Systems and Tools

• Be an expert

• Active member of cost pillar

• Team member of other pillars (incl. Logistics projects)

5. Controlling activities

• Review and manage the business control activity (monthly closing, expense control, timely provisions etc.)

• Participate on monthly stock check activities

• Analyse and drive investment spending plan  for actual, forecast, budget periods.

• Create investment business cases and follow up actual costs/results vs business case.

• Participate in critical price negotiations with supplier management

• Be a strong guardian for internal control procedures

• Ensure compliance to local legal and tax requirements

6. Support to regional BC Manager.
We believe you have

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration or related.
Preferably a master’s degree (MA, MBA or equivalent)
At least 2-3 years of relevant Business Controlling experience
Advanced English proficiency
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and SAP R/3
Factory / World Class Manufacturing /Total Production Management (TPM) knowledge and experience are considered a strong plus.
Will be a plus Power BI experience.
