We are hiring for a Distribution and Planning Manager for the Volkswagen brand. In this role, you will be responsible for Vehicle Management Systems (MBV, Spider, NADIN), Price maintenance in NADIV Distribution (production allocation), Month end reporting, Dealer NADIN training, Supporting Volume Planning Interface to Volkswagen AG and Volkswagen Mobility Scheme.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY

    Working on Vehicle Management Systems (MBV, Spider, NADIN).
    Storing, updating, and displaying information about Volkswagen car lines with their associated colors, PR numbers and packages along with prices.
    Weekly production Program to assure fulfilling of the quota.
    Source of information for reference car configurator and maintenance of NADIN via Spider.
    Processing new orders, modifications, deletion received from the dealers. Alternatively direct ordering, modifications and deletion are performed through NADIN if required with the consent of the dealers.
    NADIN price input in coordination with Product and Price, Finance, and the Sales Director. Keeping NADIN always updated for invoicing to dealers and advising other relevant staff accordingly.
    Working closely with the order administrators across the region, answering their questions regarding product, prices, and system related issues.
    Providing NADIN training based on dealer’s requirement.
    Working closely with Regional Sales managers to reach Sales target and order plans.
    Taking care of production allocation planning (MPL) and observing figures of our targets and stock.
    Working closely with VW Sales International regarding volume, production allocation and special needs.
    Reporting (e.g. stock/sales, MPL, daily sales, forecast, orders).

 

KEY COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS

 

For you to be successful for this role, you must possess below attributes:

    Relevant University Degree with a minimum of at least 5 years’ experience in automotive industry.
    Good operational knowledge of automotive KPIs.
    Strong project management experience, adapting and implementing strategies to operational level.
