About Our Client: Our client, a premier construction firm in the UAE, is known for its expertise and dedication to quality. They are seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to manage and negotiate their contracts effectively.

The Role: As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing contract administration, ensuring all agreements are fair and legally sound, and managing contract-related disputes.

What You'll Do:

    Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
    Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
    Manage contract modifications and claims.
    Resolve any contractual disputes promptly.
    Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.

What We're Looking For:

    A Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
    At least 8 years of experience in contract management within the construction industry.
    Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
    Knowledge of UAE contract laws and regulations.
