Compliance Specialist – Operations Compliance Team

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our Saudi Arabia Operations Compliance team as a Compliance Specialist. This role involves managing multiple tasks related to operating licenses and permits for operations sites in the region.

Key job responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with authorities and relevant contacts to address operational issues.
- Support management in archiving compliance documents for government inspections.
- Create dashboards and flowcharts to track and display progress.
- Maintain a tracker for compliance actions and provide weekly updates.
- Track permit renewals, contact document providers, and ensure timely availability of required documents.
- Assist in launching new operations sites.
- Visit operational and under-construction sites to align with teams, raise compliance awareness, and escalate issues.
- Follow up with consultants on building audits.
- 50% travel required.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of professional or military experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- 1-2 years experinance in permitting and Compliance.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Deep knowledge of Saudi Building Codes is a plus
