Our B D Swiss MENA office is regulated by the Securities and Commodities Authority of UAE (‘SCA’), as a Category 5th licensee. We’re on a mission to find the best talent out there and add an experienced Client Onboarding Officer to join our Compliance team at their offices in Dubai, UAE.

Your role at BDSwiss:

    Following the company’s AML/ CFT and KYC policies & procedures for all potential and existing clients
    Ensuring that all necessary documentation and details are collected and updated in the company’s software
    Actively using third-party verification systems or others for the verification of clients according to the company’s procedure
    Assisting customers in completing their account setup and implementation
    Responding to clients inquiries regarding the account opening process
    Handling complaints raised by the clients concerning the account opening process; escalating to the line manager when necessary
    Reporting any high-risk matters and breaches of the AML/CFT policy and Client Identification Procedures to the line manager
    Reporting any Red flags, suspicious behaviors of the clients, or doubts on KYC documents provided by the prospective clients; raising Internal Suspicious Activity or Transaction Reports (SAR or STR) when necessary
    Liaise and coordinate with relevant functions in BD Swiss offices in other jurisdictions on client onboarding/KYC and AML/ CFT matters
    Utilizing feedback to continuously improve the onboarding process

The Ideal Candidate :

     At least 3 years of experience in the financial services industry, with specific expertise in Account Opening, Client On-Boarding, or Client Identification Procedures
    Candidate currently working with a SCA regulated company will be preferred
    Detail-oriented and focused
    Adaptable with a can-do attitude
    Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
    Strong sense of professionalism and teamwork
    A willingness to learn
    Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic is a must.      Additional Languages will be considered an advantage
