Job Description
 

·         Assess and predict investment opportunities financial risks and returns

·         Contribute to the development of revenue / profit generating ideas for the RTA.

·         Study the potential commercial and investment opportunities and the assess the potentiality of implementing them through PPP format.

·         Establish scenario planning for alternative funding solutions for infrastructure projects and define funding sources and provide recommendation to increase attraction from private sector on related projects.

·         Prepare and conduct strategic market and benchmarking studies (international and local) and reviewing the financials of the Alternative Financing Solutions

·         Coordinate with sectors and agencies to monitor and progress of approved Investment initiatives.

·         Provide real estate commercialization, alternative financing, roads monetization programs advice, tactics and recommendations in coordination with agencies to implement in alignment with the RTA investment strategy

·         Participate in updating related policies, manuals, procedures and processes related to investment functions. commercialization, alternative financing, roads monetization.

·         Develop financial analyses such as 3 statement accounts including key accounting metrics.

·         Develop financial  models regarding business plans.

·         Develop investment appraisal/valuation of submitted ideas and/or projects

·         Monitor key financial parameters of listed companies and provide insights to support decision making

·         Provide & develop business/commercial models for the initiatives/opportunities identified for Real Estate , Commercialization, Roads Monetization, and Alternative Financing Solutions programs.

·         Research and analyze market data competitive property of the areas specified

·         Prepare strategic presentations and reports supporting the Investment Advisor for DG.

·         Create monthly report with key points regarding RTA’s financial performance , Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate

 
Qualifications
 

EDUCATION

Bachelor/Masters degree in Business Administration/ Finance and/or accounting

Bachelor: +11 years of relevant experience

Masters: +9 years of relevant experience

KEY SKILLSETS

·         Advanced Computer literate with ability to write high quality presentations and reports

·         Use of excel and understanding of accounting and finance

·         Capable to run investment excel models with 3 statements, valuation and returns analysis

·         Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects.

·         Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications

·         Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.

·         Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.

·         Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.

·         Results-driven achiever with exemplary planning and organizational skills, along with a high degree of detail orientation.
