Deluxe Holiday Homes is Dubai’s leading vacation rental management firm, offering an extensive range of services including vacation rentals, property management, real estate brokerage, and more. We manage over 700 properties and employ a dedicated team of over 240 professionals, driven by innovation, professionalism, and excellence.


About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business and Data Analyst to join our Deluxe Holiday Homes team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing data, generating insights, supporting data-driven decision-making processes, and driving business strategies to enhance our operations and customer experiences.


Responsibilities:

    Data Collection & Analysis: Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
    Business Insight Generation: Analyze complex datasets to provide insights and recommendations for business improvements.
    Dashboard Development: Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate data findings to stakeholders.
    Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
    Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.
    Data Quality Assurance: Perform data quality checks and ensure the integrity and accuracy of data.
    Predictive Modeling & AI: Use statistical techniques and AI to develop predictive models and perform hypothesis testing.
    Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions based on data analysis.
    Business Requirement Analysis: Gather and document business requirements, translating them into data-driven solutions.
    Strategic Planning: Support strategic planning initiatives by providing data-driven insights and business recommendations.
    Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest data analytics tools, technologies, and best practices.

Job requirements

Requirements:

    Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
    Experience: Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in the hospitality or real estate sector.
    Technical Skills: Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role, preferably in the hospitality or real estate sector.
    Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
    Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
    Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
    Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
