Then grab this exciting opportunity, where you will be responsible for driving the implementation of the category agenda for Arla Foods across markets like Egypt, Jordan, Bahrain and some others Distributor sales key markets in the MENA region while working closely with local distributors.

 

You will join the Distributor sales team in the Dubai regional office working together with a highly commercial team and markets where growth mindset, agility and being frontline obsessed are part of the everyday job. Distributor Sales is delivering +140 mEUR in Revenue. The future looks very strong with expectations to strengthen our position being the growth engine for ARLA MENA business. Doing so, you will be responsible for :

    Co- drive in  envisioning growth areas  within key categories in operating markets, set plans and execute.
    Build country plans in consultation with distributors, sales heads, regional consumer marketing team to drive sell out.
    Assist marketing head  in developing future markets.
    Drive the digital and e-commerce agenda as per aligned KPI’s (Envision, plan and implement).
    Establish continuous discussions with distributors, assess impact (ROI) , correct and meet KPI’s.
    Building relationships with key customer counterparts to secure company’s share of voice .
    Drive the NPD agenda (Regional and Local)  as per the aligned country plans.
    Managing communication with local marketing agencies.
    Owning the Perfect Stores agenda and will be tracking and monitoring, reporting our in-market execution, and driving continuous improvements.
    Enabling the brand/category growth via in-market execution campaigns, working closely with Category Development teams, Regional and DS, and Sales Heads internally and externally with our distributors.

 

 Your profile

    You have sound expertise in the development and implementation processes of brand/product marketing. This coupled with ability to work under pressure and deadlines, multi task, and maintain focus on big picture
    Self started, team player , passionate and out going personality with excellent networking skills.
    Structured and analytical thinking- proven track record of working effectively with a cross-functional team
    Data collection- data analysis- business analytics- EXCEL- PPT
    4-5 years experience in similar roles (FMCG (dairy or non-dairy), sales experience is a plus.
    Actively engaged in designing and rolling out of both traditional and digital campaigns
    Bachelors holder in commerce, Masters is a plus
    Market Exposure : + 1 Distributor Sales  market
    Your presentations skills are good, and you are well-spoken     

 

Furthermore, you:

    Have a degree in Marketing or Business administration  
    Hold min. 5 Years of experience in the FMCG sector
    You have preferably 4+ years of experience in Brand / channel Category building.
    You understand your customer's value chains, and are used to work with consumer pricing, promotions and knows when to push or pull
