Job Description

    Manage & controlling the cleaning, pantry, clothing and uniforms, fleet, landscaping services, building maintenance, admin utilities at the office sites coordinating with the 3rd part providers.
    All office supplies and services are ordered as per requirement – procurement processes.
    Align good practices for all employees with strategic business initiatives. Identify and establish relationships with key clients and stakeholders across the businesses and functions they support
    Ensure services level that we are providing are up to the standard and the contract terms and ensure internal client satisfaction.
    Respond to all questions regarding facilities and reasonable requests.
    Ensure that all administrative tasks are attended to and in compliance with BRF internal rules & regulations.
    Participate in the department meetings, support the employees and leaders in the topics related do Admin & Facilities.
    Support the internal events, helping with the organization and execution
    Responsible for analyzing and control the Admin & Facilities packages budget monthly, as well as plan the forecast.
    Guarantee the 5S, basic and safety conditions of the office area.
    Participate in the internal and external audits for related suppliers.
    Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.
