Join Us as an Accounts Receivable Specialist at the First Vignette Collection in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Carlton Almoaibed Hotel)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team at the First Vignette Collection in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Carlton Almoaibed Hotel). This role demands an individual with a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage financial transactions efficiently.

Part of Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

    Accurately process and monitor incoming payments, ensuring timely collection of revenue.
    Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
    Communicate with clients to address any discrepancies or issues with payments, fostering positive relationships.
    Generate and analyze financial reports, providing insights into the status of receivables and identifying areas for improvement.
    Work closely with the finance team and other departments to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

    Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
    Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial transactions.
    Strong communication skills for effectively interacting with clients and team members.
    Proficiency in analyzing financial data and generating reports.
    Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
    Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in the dynamic and fast-paced hospitality industry.
