We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Interior Design Project Inspector to join our team.

The Project ID Inspector is responsible for inspecting and reporting on the progress of interior design projects, ensuring that they are completed according to the approved drawings and specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of interior design principles and practices, as well as experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect interior design projects on a regular basis to ensure that they are on track and meeting the approved drawings and specifications.
• Identify and report on any discrepancies or deviations from the plans.
• Communicate with the project team, including the interior designers, contractors, and owners, to ensure that any issues are resolved promptly.
• Prepare and submit reports on the progress of the projects.
• Maintain accurate records of all project documentation.
• review all items to the entire satisfaction of the Operator, Owner and Designer within the timeframe given by the Project Manager.
• Respond to Contractors’ RFIs within the timeframe given by the Project Manager.
• Attend coordination meetings with the Project Construction team including Project Managers and other Consultants.
• Provide progressive lists of incomplete or defective work, particularly in the lead-up to Take-Over or Phased Handover.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in interior design, with a focus on hospitality projects.
• Strong understanding of interior design principles and practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment:

Days off: As per site schedule

Location: Sharjah- UAE
