The Role:

You'll write for a variety of formats such as print digital and video. Your words will inform and engage target audiences. You are a collaborative, experienced and imaginative writer with understanding of technology and Telkom writing adapting tone and voice for multiple audiences and channels. On this role you will help grow our regional team eventually mentoring and supervising other copywriters. You will report to our Regional Leader.

What you need to have is?

• Experience in content writing, UX writing, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of working with UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
• 4 + years of experience authoring in enterprise content management systems such as AEM, Sitecore, Highspot, Siesmic, etc.
• Experience developing copy from am SEO and content optimization perspective
• Familiarity with headless/structure content concepts and how CMS, DAM, PIM and API systems work together to deliver content to consumers
• Basic technical knowledge of HTML & CSS
• Excellent English and Arabic (writing, editing and proofreading) skills
• Research skills and natural curiosity – may be asked to train-up on specific client technologies (e.g. MS Power Platform Adobe Pro Video etc.)
• Creative and collaborative engagement style

You will:

• Writing clear copy for multiple media (e.g. long form blog posts customer stories thought leadership pieces such as whitepapers product training documentation marketing copy demand/lead generation copy email campaigns sales enablement assets social media copy video/voice over scripts etc.)
• Interpreting a creative brief to understand assigned ask and following up where more information may be needed
• Collaborating with project managers designers and other professionals on large- and small-scale marketing projects (e.g. email campaigns and landing pages)
• Working with Dubai-based clients and partners on site and remote
• Following client brand and editorial guidelines
• Do content creation and user experience writing, with a ability to produce clear, and engaging content that enhances user interaction and satisfaction
