COMPLIANCE INTERN

Landing an internship at RSM provides an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience and discover more about various industries, specialties and what your future career could look like at our firm.

The associate intern role is responsible for gaining hands-on experience in audit, accounts and tax by developing technical skills through working as part of a team carrying out tasks under close coaching and supervision.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in the field within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring and reporting: Help track and report on compliance metrics, incidents, and risks. support in Onboarding and periodic due diligence activities within compliance department.
• Conduct research, analysis, and Updating the Internal systems information related to UBO, Directors, managers information on timesheet, performing InTrust checks as per IESBA rules for clients.
• Support Sanctioned Party List screening activities related to clients as per requirement.
• Support in conducting compliance risk assessments; Support in processing business partner and other related entities screenings.
• Perform special projects: Take on specific projects related to compliance, such as Ethics and compliance or Anti-Money laundering initiatives.
• Coordination with internal stakeholders on compliance topics.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion: Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

• Skills: Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail: Ability to accurately review and analyze complex information.
• Organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Professionalism: Maintain a high level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in all interaction
