Do you have passion for building brands in one of the fastest growing online markets in the world?

At P&G, our e-commerce professionals are leaders whose talents and skills have importance in influencing our online retailer’s decisions and growing the turnover of our brands by using conceptual selling techniques and data-based presentations. For online retailers, this involves developing and recommending assortment, shelving, pricing, and online transparency strategies, based on consumer research that gives us insight into what drives shopper purchasing behavior.

What will you own?

• You will be responsible to source materials and services by building expertise in external industries.
• You will be responsible for coordination and execution of sourcing activities, managing internal and external relationships and ensuring the business needs are met efficiently.
• You will be define and execute sourcing recommendations with basic proficiency in all sourcing skills.
• You will be accountable for delivery of fundamentals such as supply assurance, value creation and compliance to policies.
• You will recommend strategic interventions based on insights from analytics.
• You will take ownership for defining and executing of sourcing tactics - including stakeholder alignment, external communication, leading projects on defined areas (savings, cost structure, relationship and stewardship

Who are we looking for?

• A Bachelor's degree preferably in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics), engineering or business management.
• Strong skills in Excel and Power BI.
• Real passion for e-commerce, digital marketing & channel retail.
• Demonstrably strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Previous experience positively collaborating with & influencing external parties.
• Able to conduct business in English. Arabic language is a plus.
