Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and coordinate administrative staff, including receptionists, administrative assistants, and office clerks.
2. Oversee daily office operations, including managing phone calls, mail distribution, and office cleanliness.
3. Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
4. Coordinate office events, meetings, and appointments, including scheduling, logistics, and communication.
5. Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
6. Manage office budgets, expenses, and financial records, and prepare reports as needed.
7. Assist with human resources tasks, such as employee onboarding, payroll processing, and performance evaluations.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred.
2. Proven experience in office management or administrative leadership roles.
3. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Strong leadership and supervisory abilities, with experience managing a team.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
7. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professionalism at all times.
