About the Work

We are looking for a creative and experienced Mobile Games Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for game design, a deep understanding of mobile gaming trends, and the ability to turn ideas into compelling game experiences. As a Mobile Games Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the vision and direction of our games, from concept to completion.

Who Should Apply

• Proven experience as a Game Designer, preferably with a focus on mobile games.
• Strong understanding of mobile game design principles, player psychology, and free-to-play mechanics.
• Proficiency in game design tools and software (e.g., Unity).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.
• A portfolio showcasing your previous game design work.

Things you'll be doing

1) Concept Development:

• Generate innovative game ideas and concepts.
• Create detailed design documents, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate game mechanics and features.

2) Game Mechanics and Systems:

• Design and balance game mechanics, systems, and economies.
• Develop intuitive user interfaces and engaging gameplay experiences.

3) Level Design:

• Create and iterate on levels, ensuring they are fun, challenging, and visually appealing.
• Collaborate with artists and programmers to integrate assets and features.

4) Player Experience

• Focus on player engagement and retention.
• Conduct playtests and gather feedback to improve the overall player experience.

5) Collaboration

• Work closely with artists, developers, and other team members to ensure a cohesive and high-quality game.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide constructive feedback on all aspects of the game
