Role Purpose	Project Manager is to oversee, optimize, and drive successful project outcomes by establishing effective project management practices, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, and leading a team to deliver projects efficiently and within scope.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
	Establish and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and best practices. Provide oversight and governance for the project portfolio aligned with strategic objectives. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project management professionals. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and priorities. Optimize resource allocation across projects for efficient and timely delivery. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project management processes. Develop and implement project management policies, procedures, and documentation. Conduct regular reviews and audits to monitor project performance and compliance. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and learning within the PMO. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates. Analyze resource needs and work with relevant teams to address staffing requirements. Evaluate existing project management methodologies and tools for enhancements. Lead change management initiatives and process improvements. Manage corporate performance reports and track strategic and operational KPIs. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource planning. Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks. Facilitate steering committee meetings to provide executive management updates
BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills and Experience	Proficient in project management methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches. Strong command of project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, ServiceNow). Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities. Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to address project challenges. Strategic thinking to align project objectives with organizational goals. Change management expertise to implement new methodologies and drive organizational change.
Qualifications	Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Engineering, Master’s degree – Business Administration (MBA) Project Management Professional (PMP) - Mandatory Certified associate in project management (CAPM) - not mandatory Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) - not mandatory
