Role Purpose	The Incident Manager at NEOM Health and Wellbeing Sector will be responsible for overseeing the clinic's overall performance. This role includes overseeing clinic performance, ensuring quality, and maintaining compliance with all standards. The Incident Manager will also optimize operations and enhance patient experience and satisfaction.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the performance and quality of all clinics within the NEOM Health and Wellbeing Sector. Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations. Develop and implement best practices for clinic operations to enhance patient care and satisfaction. Monitor and evaluate clinic performance, identifying areas for improvement. Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure high-quality patient care and operational efficiency. Handle incident management and resolution, ensuring prompt and effective responses to issues. Develop strategies to enhance patient experience and satisfaction. Provide regular reports on clinic performance and incident management. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in patient care. Ensure clinics adhere to NEOM Health and Wellbeing Sector’s standards and policies.

 

BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills and Experience	Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management or a related role, preferably with experience in the private sector. Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field. Strong understanding of healthcare standards, regulations, and best practices. Good ability to monitor and evaluate healthcare performance metrics. Knowledge of quality assurance and patient satisfaction strategies. Strong leadership skills to manage and guide clinic staff. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with healthcare professionals and patients. Effective problem-solving skills to address and resolve clinic issues. Superior organizational skills to manage multiple clinics and tasks. Ability to analyze performance data and develop improvement strategies. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with clinic teams and other stakeholders. Commitment to enhancing patient experience and satisfaction. Efficient time management skills to handle the demands of the role.
Qualifications	Bachelor in medicine or allied health (Nursing, laboratory, pharmacy, physiotherapy)
