During your tenure as a Data Strategy Manager in the AI & Data team, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:

• Understand Client Strategies and be able to formulate data strategy to align with business value
• Ability to assess as is data and analytics client practices against best practices
• Ability to draw a target state for the client and roadmap to reach that target
• Ability to manage own work against the project plan to ensure a superior client experience
• Understand the client’s business, follow sector trends and learn leading practices
• Conducts research on economics, sector and market conditions to better understand the client’s needs
• Able to understand & gather clients' data needs and business objectives to develop tailored and impactful data strategies
• Gather and interpret financial information to help strengthen proposed recommendations
• Articulate thoughts and ideas in a clear and composed manner to instill confidence in team and clients
• Understand the current technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into data strategies and advising on the integration of new technologies for optimal results.
• Effectively interact with colleagues and clients of varying backgrounds to effectively serve clients
• Recognize technology as a business enabler
• Applies experience to enhance standard methods and tools; promotes their use through knowledge sharing
• Ability to define data needs and source, cleanse, structure and store data to create the foundation for sustained management and business integration
• Is aware of relevant technology applications for data modeling and analysis and learns new technology applications to support presentations

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Data and Analytics strategy is a must
• 2 to 3 years of experience in Consulting is a plus
• An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Finance or Industrial Engineering; MBA or a relevant Master degree or certificate is a plus
• Strong understanding and appreciation of software development and database design
• Excellent knowledge in MS office applications especially in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities in a deadline oriented environment and flexible work hours
• Willingness to travel (required)
• Good command of written and spoken English and Arabic
• Ability to operate and understand excellent project and program management disciplines including production of project plans and key quality program deliverables
• Strong administrative and numeracy skills and ability to analyze complex data with good attention to details
