Role Purpose	The Care Coordinator Manager will lead the care flow for patients, overseeing a team of care coordinator specialists. This role involves establishing and maintaining the foundations of care coordination within the organization for BOTH wellness and illness. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in a post-bachelor’s degree and a solid background in nursing.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of care coordinator specialists, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities. Develop and implement comprehensive care coordination processes and protocols to enhance patient care and improve outcomes. Ensure the efficient and effective flow of patient care activities across various departments and services. Monitor and evaluate the performance of care coordination activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes. Collaborate with healthcare providers, patients, and their families to ensure a seamless and patient-centered care experience. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices, regulations, and standards related to care coordination. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in patient care. Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards. Actively participate in sector and cross sector meetings and initiate meeting structures for effective interaction with stakeholders related to assignments Manage stakeholders’ feedback on issues, challenges and unmet requirements and develop action plans Support in internal and external communications activities Lead by example, supervise and coach team members and colleagues to perform at their best Promote a high-performance working environment embracing NEOM’s values

 

BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills and Experience	In-depth knowledge of nursing practices and healthcare procedures. Proficiency in developing and managing care plans for both illness and wellness. Understanding of healthcare regulations and standards. Ability to monitor and assess care coordination activities. Skills in identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes. Ability to manage projects and lead initiatives. Strong leadership skills to guide and develop a team of care coordinator specialists. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with healthcare providers, patients, and families. Effective problem-solving skills to address and resolve care coordination issues. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders. Compassion and empathy for patients and their families. Efficient time management skills to handle the demands of the role. A minimum of 15 years of experience in healthcare, with a significant portion of that time spent in care coordination or related roles.
Qualifications	Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field. A minimum of 15 years of experience in healthcare, with a significant portion of that time spent in care coordination or related roles. Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop a team. Strong understanding of care coordination principles and practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including healthcare providers, patients, and families. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Experience with healthcare Operation.
