Position	QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental) Senior Manager (Accommodation, Property and Real Estate)	Job Code
Reports to	Director – FM Accommodation	Direct Reports	QHSE Inspectors, Quality Control Specialists
Division	Hospitality and Accommodation	Department
Role Purpose	The QHSE Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing all quality, health, safety, and environmental operations within the camps, ensuring compliance with local and international standards. This role involves conducting audits, inspections, and developing protocols to ensure all operations are safe, healthy, and environmentally sound.

 

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Management: Lead and manage the QHSE team, providing guidance, support, and professional development. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement QHSE protocols and training programs. Align departmental goals with the organization’s vision and mission. Operational Oversight: Conduct regular QHSE audits and inspections. Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with local and international QHSE standards. Conduct regular reviews and updates of QHSE protocols and procedures. Budget and Resource Management: Manage the QHSE budget, ensuring efficient use of resources. Oversee procurement and supply chain activities related to QHSE. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery and achieve common goals. Represent the department in meetings, presentations, and negotiations. Risk Management: Identify potential QHSE risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on QHSE performance, projects, and initiatives. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
