You as a Maintenance Coordinator will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.  You will be responsible to see that all RE related items, materials comply HSE requirements at all places and overall responsible for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness of all places of the factory or office in the region.

Your responsibilities          

• Responsible to make PRs in SAP Ariba for cleaning consumables, maintenance contracts and other RE related works and to follow all OEM maintenance contractors for performing maintenance of the equipment as per schedule.
• coordinating with MODON, SEC, ICDOC, Tawzea etc. as per requirement, following all HSE rules and regulations as per company HSE policy and seeing that all maintenance team follow all HSE requirements like wearing PPE, dress, shoe, work permits etc.
• Supervising and checking cleaners, keeping toilets in good condition, doing dusting of office desk regularly, flooring cleaning and mopping all areas daily.
• Checking tissue papers availability, office glasses and windows dusting once in a week and maintaining required materials and stocking of cleaning materials.
• Maintaining cleaning schedules and charts every hour and reporting, recordings for inspection as per Hitachi Energy format.
• Plumbing network, fitting, proper maintenance hosepipe and valves hand spray, wash basin taps leakages, and any other water supply issue should be resolving immediately.
• Checking HVAC technician for monthly including system Chillers, AHUs, DX units, FCUs etc., all AC indoor units, exhaust fans as per time schedule for power savings.
• Checking with electrician for maintenance of electrical power, lightings at all offices for energy saving and any lighting or power sockets issues, if need replacement replace immediately.
• Overall responsible for maintaining all fire alarm and firefighting system and FA& FF system contractor is doing monthly inspection for maintenance of FA & FF systems compulsorily. Also, checking that all PFE's available and checked monthly for pressure, change powder every 6 months.
• Maintaining Pest Control Services, also no rats, roaches, bugs, mosquitoes, and other insects at offices regularly.
• Responsible for all materials and equipment management related to Real Estate works and auditing and maintaining inventories for all the material stock related to maintenance and that materials are delivered and proper material delivery receipts from supplier are singed.

Your background             

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in technical diploma.
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience working in factory or office is preferred.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
