HSE Engineer, ILF Consulting Engineers, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulations
• Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE practices and procedures
• Investigate incidents and accidents, and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
• Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate HSE risks
• Monitor and evaluate HSE performance, and recommend improvements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as an HSE Engineer in the construction industry
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations and international standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in the use of HSE software and tools

  • Experience in PMC (Project Management Consultancy) projects
  • Previous experience in Green Riyadh projects is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Valid HSE certifications
