The Role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to join our team in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a key role in the implementation and management of electrical projects within the oil and gas industry. The role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of critical infrastructure projects in the region. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and schedules for electrical engineering projects. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the design and execution of electrical systems. - Manage the procurement of electrical equipment and materials, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective solutions. - Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. - Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and stakeholders, addressing any electrical engineering challenges that may arise. - Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery. - Participate in project meetings, providing updates on electrical engineering activities and contributing to project planning and decision-making. - Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to ensure the successful implementation of electrical engineering projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree or professional certification is a plus. - Proven experience in electrical project engineering within the oil and gas industry, with a strong understanding of industry-specific requirements and standards. - Proficiency in electrical design software and project management tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve electrical engineering issues. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery. - Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to electrical engineering projects in the oil and gas industry. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. - Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams towards achieving project objectives.
