Opisok Ortho Specialized Clinic is seeking a dedicated Storekeeper to manage the movement of goods and deliveries in and out of our clinic. The Storekeeper will ensure that all deliveries reach their appropriate destinations and are logged in accordance with the clinic’s purchasing and procurement standards.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and forward all goods and deliveries to the correct point of contact or storage area.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing goods.
- Identify slow-moving items to avoid over-purchasing.
- Place orders through the online procurement system.
- Exercise exclusive control over the clinic’s central stores, including issuing releases, managing deliveries, and conducting stock counts.
- Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures, especially those related to medical and office supplies.
- Assist and support team members, managers, and the wider clinic staff in a team environment.
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal customers and guests.
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and good communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
- Excellent grooming standards.
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous store management experience with stock control responsibility.
- Relevant degree in Management, Finance, or a related business discipline from an accredited institution.
