Job Purpose
Coordinates service operations executed by the Technical Service Personnel. Ensures the optimization of QHSES and compliance to policies and regulations at work sites, onshore and offshore
Job Description
The new hire’s primary responsibility includes and is not limited to PCS service oriented such as:
- Coordinates Field services operations, ensures compliance with established sales and cost budgets and schedules.
- Ensures site organization of service technicians, in coordination with engineers, logistics and warehouse function and local agents and suppliers.
- Visits clients as required to review operations. Works within the defined contract and issues notices on those operations that increase scope.
- Reviews and approves Field Service Orders and in country invoices. Checks that all field documentation are received, accurate, followed and signed-off on
- Acts as a mentor to Service Technicians to foster development. Reviews personnel compliance with all applicable policies and procedures
