- Experience in deployment and working with 3rd party vendors.

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ownership and accountability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical information clearly and concisely to various audiences.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment.
- 2+ years of networking experience (e.g., DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, TCP/IP).
- 2+ years of experience supporting Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with coding.
