The Role
Being the lifecycle marketing custodian at Savills Middle East, you will play a pivotal role, spearheading and owning the best practices for cross-channel communications, marketing automation, creative output, nurture cycles, lead scoring, and overall lifecycle marketing strategies. Your primary focus will be implementing, analysing and optimising Savills Residential lifecycle marketing across multiple channels, utilising lifecycle marketing tools and channels, including but not limited to Push, WhatsApp, Email, SMS marketing campaigns.
You will also be the advisor on latest lifecycle marketing trends and technologies and will be able to manage communications across multiple channels/networks and segments to meet MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) targets as well as contributing to different KPIs to optimise Savills Residential digital agenda.
The role will work in collaboration with a group of key stakeholders such as general marketing, digital marketing, graphic design, call center, social media & content as well as sales/leasing agents. It will also extend to supporting lifecycle marketing strategies for exclusive clients when needed.
This role requires someone who is genuinely interested in lifecycle marketing, and who is dedicated to the craft and experimentation required to successfully nurture a prospect into a valuable customer. You will be well versed in audience management, segmentation, the intricacies of allowlisting, and will be comfortable seeking out the necessary information and requirements to present your approach at both strategic and tactical levels
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, present, execute, measure, and improve lifecycle marketing strategies, including cross-channel campaigns and marketing automation.
• Brief on messaging, creative, and copy to improve engagement
• Go beyond best practice to create and maintain an always-on lead nurturing machine that converts prospects into customers, and delivers relevant and timely sales support materials to brokers
• Manage audiences, segment them based on behavior and communications consumed, map out flows and be obsessed with each step of the journey
• Plan seasonal and market-driven campaigns to generate agreed MQL targets
• Identify growth opportunities and performance problems, testing hypotheses to improve
• Commit to protecting and advancing the Savills Residential brand image via relevant messaging
• Build and foster good relationships and work closely with key stakeholders, including general marketing, digital marketing, graphic design, call center, social media & content, as well as sales/leasing
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
• Proven track record in developing data-driven cross-channel CRM campaigns that improve relationships between the brand, brokers, and prospects, to yield measurable ROI.
• Extensive experience in planning, implementing, and measuring the effectiveness of lifecycle marketing campaigns across all touchpoints.
• Proficiency in analysing lifecycle marketing KPIs by step/message/campaign/channel and analysing and redefining segments to optimise performance. Comfortable using BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams to align on lifecycle marketing performance
• 5+ years of lifecycle marketing experience, and a proven track record of managing successful lifecycle marketing campaigns
• Strong technical understanding of lifecycle/CRM marketing tools and platforms (HubSpot preferred)
• Positive, energetic, highly organised, with a growth mindset, and able to work independently towards objectives
