Job Description We are seeking dynamic and motivated fresh graduates to join our manufacturing team as Production Engineers. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring efficient production processes and maintaining high-quality standards.Roles & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the production team to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance productivity.
Implement and monitor production plans to meet quality and delivery targets.
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to production standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflow and enhance overall efficiency.
Assist in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely availability of materials and components.
Keep abreast of industry trends and technological advancements relevant to production engineering.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Familiarity with relevant engineering software and tools is a plus.
