Job Purpose

Assist the Recruitment Officers & Director regarding all Recruitment related issues

Key Responsibilities:

Receiving CVs

Screening CVs

Arranging and coordinating interviews

Working on SABIS® Careers

Answering phone calls

Preparing necessary reports

Contacting referees

Requesting documents

Dispatching newly signed applicants to schools

Ideal Requirements:

Bachelor degree in a related subject matter and/or equivalent

English & Arabic proficient

Strong communication skills

Ability to focus on the mission and to implement a team approach to meeting the recruitment goals of the school

Excellent organization skills

Excellent follow-up skills

Eye for detail

Good computer skills

Ability to meet deadlines

Employment Requirements:

Must meet all employment requirements including, but not limited to, country and local education and certification requirements, reference checks, and criminal background checks.
