Introduction

We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment and Ops Manager with a minimum experience of 7 years, who specializes across different industries . In this challenging and candidate-driven market, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in identifying and attracting top talent for companies. Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following key responsibilities

1. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify top talent in different industries. Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and developments in the sector to stay informed on our clients' evolving hiring needs.

2. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to attract and retain qualified candidates. Identify and attract passive candidates by utilizing creative sourcing techniques.

3. Candidate Screening and Evaluation: Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Evaluate resumes and cover letters, conduct phone screens, and vet potential candidates to ensure they meet our clients' specific requirements.

4. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Provide guidance and support throughout the interview process to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and clients.

5. Offer Negotiation: Collaborate with hiring managers and candidates to negotiate salary, benefits, and job offer terms. Negotiate contracts and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed in a timely manner.

6. Onboarding Support: Assist with onboarding processes, including coordinating pre-employment screenings, arranging orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

7. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring objectives and provide ongoing support and value. Provide regular updates, communicate any challenges, and seek opportunities for continuous improvement.

8. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data and analytics to track recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill, conversion rates, and candidate satisfaction. Generate reports and insights to help inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes.

9. Team Building: Building a strong talent acquisition team and manage them

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

- Experience across industries: Proven experience in recruiting for companies in different industries. Experience in sourcing, screening, and placing professionals of all levels.

- Self-Motivated and Tenacious: Highly motivated and driven to meet and exceed recruitment targets in a fast-paced environment. Possesses a strong work ethic and a willingness to go the "extra mile" to achieve success.

- Passion for new trends: Genuine interest and enthusiasm for new advancements and emerging trends in the different industries. Stays up-to-date with the latest industry developments and understands their impact on our clients' hiring needs.

- Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Ability to articulate technical concepts and requirements effectively.

- Attention to Detail: Sound attention to detail and accuracy in screening and assessing candidates. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

- Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, deadlines, and market dynamics. Embraces new challenges and actively seeks opportunities for growth and learning.

- UAE Experience – 5 + years : We expect canditate to come with UAE experience worked with local companies and Authorities. Clear understanding of UAE Federal labor law is essential. The UAE Federal Labor Law plays a critical role in ensuring fair labor practices and protecting the rights of both employers and employees in the UAE. It sets the foundation for a harmonious work environment and fosters a positive relationship between employers and employees.

- Mobility: UAE driving license with a car is a MUST as this job will warrant managing the client relationship and onboarding process.
