Job Description:
Parsons is now hiring experienced Geotechnical Engineers-Infra with a desire to work on infrastructure projects that change the fabric of our community. Parsons extensive experience in this field, combined with your engineering knowledge, will propel your career forward with opportunity for advancement with top performance. We need our Engineers to be versatile, enthusiastic to work in highly flexible, team oriented environment and who have exceptional communication, analytical and management skills. In this role you will complete a wide variety of difficult engineering assignments, applying engineering techniques and analyses within one discipline. You will apply advanced engineering techniques and analyses. Willingness to travel or relocate to supplier, client, or construction site locations is expected.
What You’ll Be Doing
Geotechnical and geophysical site investigation
Ground improvement and geotechnical hazards mitigation analysis.
Production of geotechnical interpretative reports
Production of geotechnical specifications.
procurement of site investigation contractors.
Slope stabilization and shoring systems
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical/Civil Engineering from a recognized institution
Minimum 10 years’ experience in geotechnical works of infrastructure projects including bridges, railroads, roads, airports, harbors, dams, irrigation projects, pipelines, and tunnels.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Ability to communicate in English is mandatory.
UAE/GCC experience will be a plus.
Minimum Clearance Required to Start:
Not Applicable/None
