Job Description 

We are Looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for one of our esteemed clients based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. 

 Title: CFO

 Location:  Dubai, UAE

 Experience: 15+ Years of proven experience, experience in the region is preferred. 

Client's Profile Summary:  Our client is a leading player in the oil and fats industry, specializing in the production and distribution of high-quality edible oils and related products. With a strong presence in the market, they are committed to delivering exceptional products to our customers while maintaining sustainable business practices.

Job Description:

 

We are looking for a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong background in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the oil and fats industry, with a focus on driving financial strategies and ensuring the financial health of the organization.

 

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals.

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Monitor financial performance and provide insights to senior management for decision-making.

Manage financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial standards.

Lead financial risk management and mitigation efforts.

Collaborate with other departments to drive cross-functional initiatives and support business objectives.

Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.

Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within the FMCG industry.

Strong knowledge of the oil and fats business with experience in the Middle East, Southeast Asia (SEA), and Africa regions.

Strategic thinker with a track record of driving financial performance and growth.

Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Familiarity with financial regulations, compliance standards, and risk management practices.
