JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for internal communications content that is delivered within an organization, including reminders, memos, executive emails…etc
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

    Internal Events:
        Plan, organize, and coordinate internal events such as team-building activities, employee recognition programs, town hall meetings, and celebrations.
        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events, including logistics, budgeting, venue selection, and vendor management.
        Measure the impact and success of events through feedback and evaluation.
    Internal Communication:
        Collaborate with various departments to gather content ideas, stories, and updates from different departments.
        Ensure that content is informative, relevant, and aligned with the organization's goals.
        Develop a content calendar and manage content production timelines.
    Culture & Engagement
        Conduct surveys and assessments to satisfaction, and propose improvements based on the feedback received.
        Implement employee engagement projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and satisfaction.
