Ability to work under pressure with multi linguistic and culture people

Co-ordinate well with all Internal and External clients.

A thorough knowledge of standard contract terms, including hourly, lumps sum, not-to-exceed and how they are applied in the billing process.

Able to reconcile any/all accounts independently

Employ problem-solving skills and analysis, and report problems to reporting Manager.

Prepare and Update Sales Invoices and performs reconciliations, assist with reviewing of expense reports, supplier invoices.

Basic knowledge of accounting standards, handling audits and following group policies and procedures

Should be proactive and ability to work well with all under deadline and respond to changes in priorities.

Good written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities and see projects through to completion.

      ·      Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or higher

Advanced computer literacy, including experience in Excel spreadsheets and accounting softwares preferably Oracle.

Relevant experience in Projects / billing cycles and receivables experience.
