MEP Manager, JLL, Riyadh, KSA

An MEP Manager would oversee the engineering branch of a project, guiding the work of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) teams. A successful candidate will be adept in managing, supervising, and troubleshooting MEP systems, with a focus on client management and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the day-to-day work performed by the MEP teams.

Guide the design and implementation of MEP systems in line with project objectives and regulatory requirements.

Develop and manage relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood, communicated, and met effectively by the MEP team.

Verify installed MEP works to comply with the project quality control plan and standards.

Coordinate with the project team on design and execution matters.

Ensure project deliverables meet timelines, the scope of work, and the set budget.

Provide technical support to the team and resolve technical issues to ensure the progress of the project.

Regularly update clients on the status of the project, offer expert advice, and handle any queries or complaints.

Carry out risk management, and ensure health and safety measures are adhered to by MEP team.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams and provide strategic upper-management updates.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Engineering, preferable in Mechanical, Electrical or a related discipline.

Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the same industry.

Sound knowledge of various MEP systems and their operations.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record in client management roles.

Certifications relevant to MEP management will be advantageous.

Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite. Fluent in English, both oral and written. Knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.

Proven leadership and team management skills.
