Manager Corporate Finance - Valuation and Analysis, Du, UAE

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Accountabilities

Valuation Modelling: Develop comprehensive valuation models using various methodologies (DCF, comparable company analysis, etc.) to determine the worth of assets, investments, and projects.

Financial Modelling: Develop comprehensive financial models to assess impact and decision making (capital structure, dividend policy, tax optimisation strategies).

Business Planning: Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop business plans / business cases, analyse scenarios for all strategic projects, M&A projects, investee companies. Provide guidance on decision-making under different conditions.

Financial Analysis: Lead the analysis of financial data, market trends, and economic indicators to provide actionable insights to senior management.

Develop presentations: Develop presentations and reports for executives and Board. 

Automation: Technology Integration: Explore and implement advanced financial modeling tools and technologies to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of valuation and economic analyses.

Provide Finance support for key projects 

Support in development of business case, budget, processing approvals.

End to end finance support from initiation to completion of the key projects (projects other than business as usual).

4. Qualifications, experience, skills and competencies

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor degree in Finance or Business Administration from a top tier university

MBA as well as further specialization in Corporate Finance like CFA is preferred

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in valuation modelling, financial analysis in the Telecom/ICT industry

Skills

Proven ability in financial modelling, financial analysis and valuation with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools. 

Excellent understanding of economic principles, financial markets and industry trends

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail

Strong presentation and communication skills

Competencies

Please provide the level of competency as per the grade: Level 1 for Band 6, Level 2 for Band 5, level 3 for Band 4, level 4 for Band 3.
