Coordinator - Import & Export | MAF Retail | UAE Head Office

ROLE SUMMARY

The Coordinator - Import and Export is responsible for all administrative tasks related to the Import & Export of the MAF Retail operations.

ROLE PROFILE

Coordinate with import suppliers on shipment availability & documentations

Ensure products are registered in Dubai Municipality

Coordinate with clearance agent for all shipments

Obtain freight quotations

Coordinate with Distribution Centers prior to shipment arrivals, arrange for inspection & confirm once stocks are released for sale

Documentation finalization for export shipments and align with Distribution Centers for loading

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce

1-2 years in a similar role

Time Management & Communication skills

Attention to Details
