Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Head of Water Technology Division will report directly to General Manager and functionally work with Sales Director in strategy formulation, identification and partner with principles. Prequalify EEIC within all customers (government, semi-government, and private organizations). Work closely with Proposals & Estimation Department for tenders and proposals submission, execution, and subcontracting strategy.
Maintain relationships with principles, key customers and enhance the revenue by planning and achieving targets. Capitalize principles technology and enhance the sales team capabilities to market our expertise among the customers with the latest solutions and technology in water stream.
Overall responsibilities:
Actively engage and contribute to finalization of agreements with principles, prequalify EEIC within all customers (government, semi-government, and private organizations).
Maintain relationships within principles, key customers and increase the revenue by planning and achieving targets.
Capitalize principles technology and enhance the sales team capabilities to market company expertise amongst the customers with the latest solutions and technology in water stream.
Prepare presentations and solutions tailored to clients and customers and work on techno-commercial proposals.
Day to day responsibilities:
Involve in strategy formulation for water technology projects, this effort requires to work closely with General Manager and Sales Director, and advise the potential market, identify the potential customers / clients and upcoming projects in the region.
Identify principles and contribute in finalization of agreements with principles, process their prequalification with customers (as applicable). Explore the new opportunities in the market related to Water Technology and approach the clients / customers to demonstrate the EEIC and principles collaboration and capabilities to manage and execute the medium to large scale projects;
Head the Water Technology Division, carry out functions and other day to day business operation of the division,
supervises assigned employees, which includes: scheduling and assigning work; mentoring, coaching, and training; developing work plans and reviewing work for completion; evaluating performance and providing necessary feedback to employee; setting work standards; imposing or effectively recommending necessary disciplinary action; responding to grievances; and making or effectively recommending hiring, promotion and termination decisions.
Work closely with Sales Director and present our company expertise and capabilities to potential customers and clients; and lead the team of sales engineers in Water Technology Division and guide, coach, mentor them and provide the leads to ensure that sales engineers are reaching out potential customers and clients to sell our services and capabilities; and
Set new business and revenue targets for Water Technology Division and actively involve achieving the revenue targets for the division; and ensure that sales team are planning sales visits, meetings with potential customers and clients; and monitor their performance and identify the problems which causes performance issues; and
Involve in technical presentations, technical clarifications, techno-commercial inquires, and work closely with Proposals & Estimation Department for final commercial proposals. Get the projects for Water Technology Division and assign to Projects team for execution; and
Extend the subject matter expertise for Water Technology estimation to Proposals & Estimation Department for accurate estimate, risks identification and mitigation plans; and
Continue maintain relations with clients / customers and assist project teams during execution as required, and ensue that EEIC projects delivery team provides the services we promised to our clients / customers; and
Identify the training courses for sales teams; and provide leadership and guidance.
Maintain relationships with customers, clients, and principles for long term business relations.
Additional Information
Experience Requirements:
Experience level: 10 years
08 years or more experience UAE or Middle East
Minimum 03 years as Manager level in similar business or industry
HSE leadership compliance and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
Skills & Professional Requirements:
Excellent industry knowledge of Water Technology Projects, Principles, Customers & Clients
Good knowledge of project management experience as well as a good understanding of business issues.
Good knowledge and experience in project cost estimates, monitoring and forecasting
Excellent knowledge of Water Technology solutions and technical aspects
Understanding of Cash Flow management as well as projection/forecast of cost at completion.

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other colleagues, customers, clients and other stakeholders.

Is a champion and role model for ethical behaviour and compliance with applicable laws and policies.
Excellent personality with strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft office products, specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
