WHAT YOU WILL ENJOY DOING

Responsibilities:

Manage Fixed Assets Addition, Deletion, Depreciation.

Handling all Customer Invoices along with Reconciliations.

Assist in all Insurance Matters (Plant, Customer)

Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting activities

Preparing Reconciliations.

Journal entries and Audit preparation.

Assists with year-end audit tax return preparation as needed.

Assisting in Monthly Financials Closing and prepare necessary schedules.

Make any other accounting-related tasks, as and when required.

Prepare and Process Payments in Oracle.

Upload Payments in Bank Portal and process Payments

Co-ordinate with Banks.

Update Cash Position on Regular basis.

Finalize and update all Tax Filing and related matters

Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting activities

Preparing Reconciliations.

Journal entries and Audit preparation.

Assists with year-end audit tax return preparation as needed.

Assisting in Monthly Financials Closing and prepare necessary schedules.

Make any other accounting-related tasks, as and when required.

 

WHAT MAKES YOU GREAT

Education/ Professional Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance and Accounting.

SOCPA Certified.

Experience

0-3 years’ experience in same field.

Qualifications/ Skills/

Personal Competencies

Able to work with a minimum of supervision

Prioritizing and planning work activities.

Good communication skills.

Ability to maintain confidentially and behave in a professional manner.

Advanced Excel and system experience.

Oracle experience preferred

Fluent in spoken and written in Arabic and English
