Role :
Travanleo is hiring a highly motivated and results-oriented Sr. Sales Manager with a strong background in selling SaaS solutions to B2B enterprises in the Middle East region. This position requires a proactive individual who can drive sales and meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Knowledge and experience in ESG and sustainability will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities :
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Identify and target potential B2B enterprise clients in the Middle East region, focusing on industries aligned with our SaaS solutions.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by actively prospecting and qualifying leads through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
Conduct thorough assessments to understand customer requirements, pain points, and desired outcomes.
Present compelling product demonstrations and deliver persuasive sales presentations that highlight the value and benefits of our SaaS solutions in driving ESG and sustainability goals.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, considering profitability targets and customer requirements.
Track and report sales activities, pipeline progression, and revenue forecasts on a regular basis.
Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Continuously enhance product knowledge and industry expertise to effectively communicate the value proposition of our SaaS solutions to customers
Desired Skills and Competencies:
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment, preferably within the Middle East region.
Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to engage with C level executives
Good understanding of ESG principles and sustainability practices, with the ability to articulate their importance and value to customers will be an added advantage.
Exceptional sales closure and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and influence key decision-makers.
Results-driven mindset with a proven ability to work towards monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced sales environment.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Arabic or any other relevant regional language is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and customer relationships.
Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to navigate customer challenges and objections.
A pro-active individual who doesn’t need to be managed and flexible with a “can-do” attitude, being able to take on new tasks, and who is ready to go that extra mile to achieve excellent results
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
