JOB DESCRIPTION

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support all the Procurement solutions along-with custom modules

-   Oracle Project Management (Costing/Billing/Resource Management)

-   Oracle Supplier Management & Supplier Portal (Supplier 360)

-   Oracle Buying & Invoicing 

-   Oracle Sourcing, Auction & reverse auction

-   Oracle Contracts & Post Contracts

-   Oracle Inventory

-   Oracle Spend Analyzer

Ability to work with team members as needed to scope, design, develop, test, implement, support and enhance the procurement solutions.

Design and develop solutions to a pre-defined requirement and develop components including extensions, modifications, reports, Integrations and workflows independently or as a part of a team 

Maintain comprehensive documentation for the Oracle Fusion and Procurement implementation in the Organization, migration documents etc.

Conducting technical feasibility of any change requests and its impact on business processes

Manage the rollouts of the new modules to new entities within the group

Support new / existing users and provide helpdesk support

Assist in conducting needs assessment study, preparing scope of works, and functional specification document for ERP applications

Prepare training materials and conduct user trainings

Support the customizations deployed in the organization that are related to the above modules

Enhance the existing relevant customization or help develop new customizations as necessary for the business automation

Ensure conformance to relevant Service Level Agreements

Business capabilities

6+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion Procurement Solutions (SCM and Contract), OIC and PaaS

Experience in real estate and retail industries will be preferred

Strong techno-functional knowledge, with hands-on experience managing Oracle Fusion Procurement and Projects modules

Skill set in PaaS and OIC

Procurement Functional knowledge

Sandbox skills in Fusion

Interpersonal skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms

Strong analytical, problem-solving, conceptual & presentation skills

Education

Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences or engineering or MCA or MBA

Oracle Fusion Certifications & CIP Certification
