About the Team
In a rapidly evolving security threat landscape, the sophistication of attacks is boosting the security challenge for People, Technology, and Processes, the tripartite system of security needed to protect business-critical physical and virtual assets. Simultaneously, the wave of regulations across geopolitical boundaries is layering compliance requirements, adding complexity and affecting business competitiveness. Frost & Sullivan’s Security Advisory Practice focus on helping our clients navigate this landscape by crystalizing market opportunities, identifying enabling technologies and addressing the challenges faced by our clients.
Overview
Lead several client projects (2-4). Would take the lead responsibility on complex projects (involving multiple/ senior stakeholders and involving more than 4-5 resources). Ensure quality of work & deliverables in projects overseen. Seen by client as business advisor in senior management situation. Take ownership of selected accounts & should carry revenue quota responsibility for these accounts. Take on the responsibility to mentor & coach junior consultants.
This role has been developed in accordance with our hiring plan for the upcoming year. Upon selection, the anticipated start date for the successful candidate is February 2024 and onwards.
Responsibilities
Globally recognized transformative business strategy and market research firm is seeking a Principal Consultant focusing on cybersecurity and physical security related markets, technologies, products and services. The Consultant will join a high-growth organization whose advisory coverage area spans a widening market in protecting assets, networks, information and critical infrastructure/assets from a dynamic arsenal of physical and cyber threats. This Consultant will also identify and qualify consulting engagements from technology vendors, security services providers, value-added resellers, business leaders, Cybersecurity/security practitioners, and end-users. Manage key stakeholders by sector/practice area to ensure expectations are met/exceeded, timelines are heeded develop excellent quality content . Work with a global team of experts to create a powerful customer experience.
Identify, qualify, and assemble new business opportunities for Frost & Sullivan that produce both near and long-term positive returns, and deepen Frost & Sullivan’s client relationships.
Effectively project manage client engagements and collaborate with global team members to ensure successful and timely delivery of projects
Analyze emerging trends, market opportunities and technologies in cybersecurity and/or physical security.
Engage and present thought leadership content to prospective clients and/or at relevant industry events
Communicate effectively in written, verbal, and multi-media forms. Superior skills in translating insights and opinions into a compelling narrative for Frost & Sullivan clients and the industry are essential.
Arrange and conduct interviews with market participants to gather data
Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates who –
Preferred Education - Bachelors / Masters
Preferred Major - Multi-disciplinary with concentration in one or more than one of the following major categories: business/ management, physical security/ safe cities, cybersecurity, information systems, computer science or engineering.
Required Years of Experience - Five years related experience as a lead consultant, research analyst or security practitioner.
Are Well-organized and detail-oriented

Can multi-task and meet tight deadlines
Are disciplined and adhere to high-quality standards
Is a strategic thinker; understands how operational activities are vital in supporting the overall strategy of the business
