The MediaVantage is looking for experienced media sales professionals, well versed with the digital and custom content landscape, to join our growing team and media portfolio.
The ideal candidate would have experience managing key clients and agencies, and be comfortable pitching and executing large-scale media campaigns.
Purpose:
The role holder will be responsible for selling media solutions across a portfolio of market leading media spanning a variety of categories and markets
Responsibilities:
Grow and service key accounts across the GCC regions
Drive new business growth, from prospecting and engaging with new and existing clients to closing media partnerships and campaigns.
Spearhead new business initiatives for growth, which in turn delivers consistent year on year gross revenue increases
Initiate and set up long-term content marketing partnerships with key accounts
Manage assigned media principals, from B2B marketing, sales forecasting, tripartite meetings to regular reporting on client outreach and activity.
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts, log all activity within the company’s CRM and utilize existing data for improved sales outreach and effectiveness
Work alongside executive management to suggest and implement processes, strategy, sales plan and profit targets
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 5 year digital media sales experience with proven ability to hit targets and maximize revenue
Excellent contacts of Middle East marketing heads and media agencies
Strong track record of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management
Ability to multi-task amongst multiple markets, title categories and clients
Sound knowledge of international media and digital sales experience on an international brand is advantageous
Experience managing sales teams to consistently achieve sales targets and market share.
Full competency on Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Outgoing personality (persuasive, confident & articulate)
Fluency in English is mandatory, and other languages are an advantage
